Refund and Returns Policy
1. Introduction
We at PriviMart Inc aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You must request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
